SVGSnap is a free online tool that converts raster images (PNG, JPG, WebP) to SVG vector graphics and upscales images using AI. The service is provided as-is, free of charge, with no account required.

You must be at least 13 years old to use SVGSnap. If you are between 13 and 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you may only use the service with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using SVGSnap, you represent that you meet these requirements.

You agree not to:

• Upload images containing illegal content or content that violates the rights of others
• Attempt to abuse, overload, or interfere with the service infrastructure
• Use automated scripts or bots to make bulk requests without prior permission
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying processing software

We reserve the right to rate-limit or block access for abusive usage patterns.

You retain full ownership and rights to any images you upload and any output files generated by the service. SVGSnap does not claim any rights over your content.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process the images you submit.

SVGSnap respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that content available through our service infringes your copyright, please contact us through our contact page with a description of the copyrighted work, the location of the infringing material, and your contact information. We will review and respond to valid claims promptly.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SVGSnap and its operator from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.

SVGSnap is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times, error-free, or that output quality will meet specific requirements.

Processing results depend on input image characteristics, and quality may vary. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy or fidelity of converted or upscaled images.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SVGSnap and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data or output files.

Uploaded files are automatically deleted within 1 hour. Download your results promptly, as we are not responsible for files that are no longer available.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms or are using the service in a manner that could harm the service or other users. Sections regarding ownership, indemnification, liability, and governing law survive termination.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction of the service operator. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or the service shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction where the operator is located. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice. We may also update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
